Screw the greeting chain.

I've got my first job!

I had no idea searching for it would take such a toll on one's state of mind. Feeling like a building fell of my shoulders, and instead I'm standing on top of it all of a sudden.
I'm not the only one who had that feeling after he found a first job, am I?

Mid is now working. We old boys.

Happy you finally got it! I remember you had an intership last summer, didn't think it would take you that long to land a job starting from there.

Thanks!
Not nearly as old as NoOne though, so I'm good :p

Wasn't really an internship though, I just started with my master thesis back then, but I did it for a company... So kind of a hybrid thing.
But yea it took me a while, spent about 3.5 months looking around, going to interviews etc. I'm not the easiest to satisfy though, so I pulled out myself sometimes. Looking back I think it was a valuable experience regardless of the time and stress it took me, learnt a lot from it.

I'll start working in February, just gotta pass some exams and I'm done with university :scarab:

I'll then have finally have the money to buy myself a desktop pc, so I can play RL again

Wishing you luck ;)

Where will you work? Last year got a job here. Not to say that in delight, but, nevertheless, better than nothing.

Thanks!
As soon as I opened your link I thought I saw battle cars... Took me about 5 seconds to realise those are mowers

I'll work at Indaver, a waste service provider company. It's a technical management traineeship (engineering) in maintenance, process engineering and project engineering... I'll work 3 years rotating those 3 subjects, and then we'll see :D

Here's the website
