Season Reward Level not advancing

Suh dudes. I've recently advanced up to Diamond ranks and managed to get my reward level up there as well. However, after making some wins in this level, I have noticed that it has not added as a win to my season reward. I am sure that I have at least won several games in diamond but I still show 0/10 wins in diamond. I had advanced through platinum just fine. Just not seeing any wins added to my Diamond level. Has this been a recent issue with the fresh patching or is there still a prerequisite that I don't know about?

If the bars are red you can't progress further till the next rank.

You need to be able to get wins in the category you're advancing to. If you have the Diamond reward you need to get wins in Champ.

Scyonite, but this is the thing. My season reward is already locked in as plat. the next step is diamond. I'm ranked in diamond. Any wins in diamond should be adding to my reward lock for diamond. As should be explained here https://support.rocketleague.com/hc/en- ... -Explained. I shouldn't have to achieve the rank of champ to obtain wins for diamond.

Looks right to me. You have the diamond reward level locked in and need to be champ to advance it.
