Amazing Shoot Move

No bump in this shoot and no lag, just a crazy inspiration, a speed double contact with boost, timing was perfect

Looks like a collision from the other blue player if you ask me... See the collision sparks as there's a change in direction?
It's a slightly laggy (replay shows a gap between vehicles on contact) hit from the other blue team-mate that causes the change in direction.

It might be a glitch in the replay saving system. I have replays where sparks fly off the car without a bump

its a tough call, cause it does look like that red scarab bumped him in or made some sort of ground for him to do the double jump on, or it defo looks like some contact was made,

but at the same time, sesame hits(/effects) the ball when in visible contact, so that suggests theres not much lag, and so if the cars didnt visbly make contact, then it looks like a legit double jump goal lol, or it could have been a lag spike of 1 in a million chance for that to be acheivable

Thanks guys :)

I have watched many times this replay on my ps3, there is no lag and no contact with other car, I was too far. I have a doubt as Aiden quoted, I thought I had touched the ground, no it's just the 25% replay who don't shows really what is happened., I don't touch the ground.
I have pressed two times the up button direction fastly and booster in the same time and jump button too, I think, I'll ask my fingers lol.

Oh, c'mon, obviously something hit him into the ball. I see him jump up once, hit the ball, then, hits X again, and a millisecond after he hits X to double jump, (to which he slightly changes direction), he is knocked by something else. It could be an unknown lag force, another car, a combination of both which is a laggy car, (My bet's on the blue aftershock), or the floor. The goal is unnatural on its own. And, no one can sharply change directions twice in the air in such a time frame.

Hum perhaps Aiden and SnakeCharmer, but I'm not really convinced that is a lag, on the replay I have saved on youtube, unfortunatly decomposition of movement and the double impact of the ball is not so fluid, it's jerky, that gives impression of lag or bump. On Sarpbc replay PS3 at 100% speed, movement is clean. Nobody can see that except me, arghh impossible to post the full replay here I think.
I will try to post a edit video on that tomorrow with better angles, better speed, we will have a better view on this.
Anyway thanks for your analysis !

I'm going by past experience also, and after you hit the ball, its impossible to jump again.

The video doesn't even look smooth if you watch it, it looks like something is wrong.

Still, nice to see goals still being uploaded.

I have watched replay, like Sean Nolan said, it's effectively a legit double jump goal, I must have used square button too in the same time or left right direction paddle, that explains the abrupt change of direction, it's not impossible to do that without ball, just need a extremely close timing and many practice. Touches the ball does not cancel the 2nd turbo jump located under the car if timing is extremely speed, I have seen MikeRules do that kind of move with a first short jump, first jump must be always short or that fails.

its effectively something that you've got to prove to your self because we werent there feeling the shot, we didnt have the controller in our hands, i think i would know if i was hit when im playing, but then again, i dont know how laggy an average game is for you.

the best way to define this is try it again. if its something that you cant do again consider it luck of lag/bumped
