it says it updates every 10 mins but i play and some times it only updates once every day or two whats going on ?

That is only an optimistic update schedule from Gamespy. It's up to Gamespy how fast they update the rankings, and unfortunately there's no telling how fast an update will take. Sometimes it's instantaneous, other times it can take a day or two. It has always been like that.
