Watch One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. It's on netflix. Jack Nicholson is incredible.

How familiar are you with Woody Allen's movies? How about Wes Anderson?

cant wait to watch the new tarantino!!! really excited, how good is it??!?!!

one flew over the cuckoos nest is one of the best films ive ever seen.

and i've heard of both of those directors, but ill have to look em up on imdb to see how familiar i am with their movies.

edit* Ooo woody allen, i havent seen any of his films yet, but a few of them are already on my watch list! midnight in paris looks to be good

and wes anderson, i havent seen any of his either, but his films dont look too appealing, would you say anything different?

Django is sooooo good. In every way. You should like it. With that said, I don't want to talk it up some people may not like Tarantino's approach to storytelling.

Woody Allen is basically a comedian who writes, directs, and stars in most of his movies. So they have funny dialogue. Midnight In Paris was enjoyable, but not his best. Watch Manhattan Murder Mystery to get a feel of his style. Annie Hall was one of his bigger ones too.

Wes Anderson films are stylized quite uniquely. If you can get past the quaint feel of his films you should like them. It's all about the characters. Watch Moonrise Kingdom to start.

The Room is more of a joke than anything else. It's widely considered as the best "worst movie ever". Gattaca is pretty good though.

Moon and Gattaca are probably 'your' type of film, thought provoking stuff. My Cousin Vinny is definitely the most laid back film of the 5, mostly because it's a comedy I guess. Quite an underrated one though, Joe Pesci is great in it. Best watched if you're not in a 'serious' mood.

He aint kidding, guys.
The Room's script wrote:Mark: How was work today?
Johnny: Oh, pretty good. We got a new client and the bank will make a lot of money.
Mark: What client?
Johnny: I cannot tell you; it's confidential.
Mark: Aw, come on. Why not?
Johnny: No, I can't. Anyway, how is your sex life?

If you haven't seen the spongebob movie you should, pure cinematic genius. Also don't forget documentary films are just as important. Man on the wire and Imposter are fantastic documentary films.

Spirited Away, Grave of the Fireflies, Howl's Moving Castle, and Princess Mononoke, all made by Studio Ghibli, are some of the best animated films ever made. I can't comment on Ponyo since I haven't seen it yet.

The Spongebob Movie is pretty great, tbh. Can also confirm that Ip Man 1 and 2 are really great. Finally, Wrong, by Mr. Oizo is also pretty funny, if you liked Rubber.
