Wasn't he on MTV Base a while back? You told me to check him out didn't you?

Being on MTV would mean you're relatively known...

I got bored today, and ended up putting this thing on SoundCloud:
http://soundcloud.com/fyshokid/fyshokid-deep-title

But yeah, I mostly use SoundCloud for finding music, not uploading music, which explains the general suckiness of my uploaded pieces :dork:

Stop being so modest Fysho. I mean general suckyness? Really? That one is actually pretty good! And yeah, I'm much more of a consumer than a producer as well.

This really makes me want to create my own SoundCloud account, browse around some songs and upload some of my own music. :D

Hehe, well, thanks :) I don't really think it turned out as good as I would've wanted to though, but yeah, thanks.

Also, Ryan, you should upload some of your stuff really.

And while I'm at it, I made a new song today which actually turned out better than I had expected. I found an old 7 inch record from '85 which my mom had, where one of my old physics teachers played a trumpet solo (no, really. I was surprised too). Anyways, I tried recording the solo to my computer, where I then sampled it for a new song. I'll post it here whenever I get it uploaded (I need to make more cover art first, lol).

I was thinking of making a soundcloud and attempting to make some sort of music the other day actually. I'd really like to attempt to make some kind of ambient/ down tempo kind of stuff. Need to actually get some software first though.

I categorize Ryan's song: EmoBane lol that was awesome :o also liked that part.
Do you guys use templates, music loops etc.. or compose the whole thing? Either that making music is very easy or everyone here is extremely talented

Nah, it's really straightforward to create songs. At least the way I do it anyway.

I just use little beat loop samples for all the different instruments and throw them all together how I like.
Of course some people make their own songs note by note. That's the really impressive way. :P
