how about disabling HTML for new members until a certain amount of days/posts on the forum?
i've seen it on a few other forums, and they have 0 spammers.

You know the reason you haven't seen any in ages? We made it so first posts by new members have to be approved. Bots can't be bothered to post a real post, wait for it to get approved, and then post their spam

ah that makes sense too.

all is well :D

I finally figured out that the reason the Psyonix logo at the top isn't transparant. This is a 64 bit browser.

lol?

What browser? The only 64bit one I know of is IE, and the 64bit is worse than the 32bit, I'm not even sure how one might accomplish such a thing if one tried.

Chrome is 32, FF is 32 last I checked...no reason to switch to 64bit browsers, your web experience shouldn't be using more than 4GB of memory, nor doing any large vector instructions to need the 64bit extensions.

Interesting find though. I did just try IE9 64bit and it looks fine. If you're going to use IE, and I don't recommend you do because its pants, IE9 will be the most compatible. I ran through it a few weeks ago and made sure it was all working, and it is in fact better (has the rounded corners and all).

there's no rep buttons in "off topic" and the rep buttons on someones profile vanish once you've used them once (i think). Olly could just find one of your posts in the tournaments section (like in Bionix) and rep you there.

Just a little bump here.

Over the weekend I updated and hopefully improved the YouTube video support. I see a few random video links now and then that don't work and people just give up, so I've tried to get a lot more support for formats in there. To do that, I had to significantly change how it worked, so there might be a few issues here and there. You shouldn't notice any differences, except that new link formats are supported.

HTTPS and embed links should work now, as well as links from user channels and the new youtu.be short format. If you find a format that doesn't work, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

I was just wondering if it would be possible to make a 'Spoiler'-Tool. I know everyone knows this from other forums and it would be quite usefull here aswell.
I rarely post here, but for example if someone wants to post like 5 videos/pictures, he could just put it into a spoiler to hide them that they won't be considered as spam.

Also imagine that anybody reads what happens at the tourney-ending before he played it ingame ... heartcrushing. yea, sarcasm lol

I had it happen here too. Weird, it worked for a few days then randomly quit. Maybe our web host changed some stuff? :dork:

Either way, I think I've fixed it. <3

I find it weird that there is an off topic forum within an off topic section. I mean... there is only one link to it.

That's just how the forum software works. The forum has to be in a section.

I like this idea. Way easier than making tiny text for lame punchlines, lol. Quick-edit would also be handy :)

I've made some more fixes to the youtube scripts since I originally put it up, and I barely see any videos that don't work. Again, if you find a way that is broken, let me know.

Also:

As you wish

They're not "final," they were just gif before and I didn't want to change the file name. I'll probably make them match the board colors a bit better.
