Honestly it's tough to say when connecting from the Middle East as it seems that certain hops to the servers spike the ping pretty high.
You can try contacting your ISP about it, or try using a different DNS to see if that helps change the routing.

Hi, I have a problem with entering the game.
Upon entering the game again given me all opened items. There is no access to statistics and all matches played at the new entrance reseting.
Reinstal game and check the integrity of the cache. Please help!
If need, I can send screenshots.

In this case you'll likely want to turn off Steam Cloud Sync for Rocket League, and then go into the directory <My Documents>\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\
and then delete the Config folder. It will reset some settings and configurations but if the files in there are corrupted then it's better to reset it.

If that doesn't help, you may have to change the SaveData folder's name to something else

The problem of obtaining items disappeared. But all my stats disappeared and now is from the beginning. Can I somehow bring back the old statistics? I played 700 matches and I do not want to start from the beginning.

Unfortunately that is the trade off. Unless if you backed up your save elsewhere, I don't think you can retrieve your stats. Sorry :(

The problam appeared suddenly.

Tryed all solutions with no success.

Had nothing changed befor it happend.

I'm seeing some reports from European players that are unable to connect to our servers. I haven't quite figured it out yet but I'll let you know if I come across more information

been playing 500+ h so far no problem, today I experienced not logged in to RL servers. tried everything, nothing worked. It actually started to work for couple of hours, when turned it on again in the evening, problem again. I have changed nothing.... PlayerID=Steam|76561198086649534|0

Statistics disappeared before I started to change anything.

Steam Cloud Sync will back up your stats, but will also back up your corrupted files

This is about one of my friends. We're on Xbox and basically his matchmaking is completely screwed. If he's playing alone, the only way he can find matches is by enabling cross play and even then it'll take 20+mins to find a match if he's lucky.


If he parties up with me and whoever else, regardless of cross play it will then take us ages to find a match too regardless of who is host. It's nothing to do with finding adequate opponents since individually, everyone's matchmaking but his is instant.


His Sister also plays RL on the SAME Xbox and even her matchmaking is perfectly fine too, so what could be the problem? He's tried port forwarding but that hasn't worked.


Could just be coincidental but he said this worsened as the last update drew near, and for the past few weeks it's happened again as this update is coming up.


Also, the type or number of servers selected doesn't have any impact. I believe he's a Master and a Challenger Elite or above in the Ranked playlists, but again this shouldn't mean there's not enough opponents to match up against as we know plenty of people of much higher level and rank who have no problem finding native matches.

I've been experiencing rubberbanding for the last couple of weeks, so I've been diligent filling out that form you can report server issues with (which is pretty much every server from 18 to 24 o'clock) and I've two questions:

1) Does that form really reach someone who can actually do something about the rubberbanding? Kinda feels like it's more of a vault to release some steam on.

2) Has it actually been confirmed to be a server issue or is it the player's fault? I did everything the troubleshooting suggests but no dice at all - well, not within the above mentioned interval, that is.

Hello!

Guys i'm having some problems with some us east servers in the last couple of weeks.

I know there are two kind of east servers by their names. We have two paterns: servers that are named like USEXXX-RandonName and USEXXXXXX where X are numbers.

I'm from Brazil, SAM servers are not very populated so i prefer to play on us east servers. I always got 80-150ms of ping on these servers but from a couple of weeks backi'm getting 200-250ms everytime i get a server with the pattern name USEXXXXXX.

What's the biggest difference between those two groups? Are they located in different states? Are they from different companies?

Until 150ms i think it's still playable but above that it starts to get very difficult to compete :(

The weirdest is that USW servers actually have better ping for me than those USEXXXXX, but i get like almost 200ms on USW so i dont usually play on them.

Hey guys, I bought RL a few days ago, but I'm experiencing lags very often, even if my ping stays low. I live in Europe and play only matches in european servers to improve it, but it seems not to be working... My car starts going left and right, I can't drive in a straight line and it drives me crazy!! I've never had issues with other online games and mmorpg, but RL is working very badly...

I always get that "richiesta scaduta" or request timed out (in english) at 17th step. What could it be?
